“Pat,” affectionately known by family and friends, was educated in the Accomack County Public Schools. Throughout her life, she held many jobs, such as bus driver for Headstart, car salesman, Tyson Foods, and Chase Bank.
Pat confessed and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Bloxom, Virginia. She sang on the choir and was a faithful usher.
To know Pat was to love her. She was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. Pat loved children and they loved her. She was definitely the “life of the party,” and will surely be missed.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Marquita Bailey; step-father, Willie Wharton; and brother, Davrick Savage.
Pat leaves to cherish her memories: her son, Willie (Denetra) Bailey; mother, Daisy Bailey; brothers, Thomas (Jean) Brown, Jr., all of Parksley, VA and Warren (Betty) Fosque, Jr. of Horntown, VA; sisters, Veronica Fosque of Parksley, VA and Annette (Michael) Rogers of Pungoteague, VA; two grandchildren, Rya Brown of Parksley, VA and Deveonta Chandler of Onancock, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
